Master Class - Terms and Conditions

Payment  

Master Class fees are payable when you receive your confirmation of enrolment and invoice. Full payment is required a minimum of 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery.  


 Refunds  

 Cancellations up to 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery will be eligible for a full refund. If you give notice to cancel your enrolment less than 7 days prior to the commencement of your training delivery you will be entitled to a 75% refund of fees paid. If you give notice to cancel your enrolment after a training delivery has commenced, you will not be entitled to a refund.    


 Transfer of Enrolment  

 Enrolment is transferable to other Trainees at no cost. Simply advise of the transfer within 48 hours prior to commencement of the training delivery. Flexibility of delivery dates  Pathways NT reserves the right to transfer delivery dates, by written notification, within 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery. Where it is inconvenient for Trainees to transfer to alternative dates a full refund or credit will be provided.    


 Professional Development Training  

 Please note that the Pathways NT Master Classes  are non-accredited professional development trainings. There is no requirement for Trainees to complete assessments. All Trainees will receive a Certificate of Attendance. 


 COVID Compliance 

 All trainings will be conducted in accordance with the NT Health COVID Guidelines.
